Emily has been competing in SLS events since she was 7 for Hayle Surf Life Saving Club. She races in Craft Events (board and Ski) and also does Ironman races, her favourite is the surf ski. She is currently the womens open and U17s junior Surf Ski Champion and the U19s British long distance champion. In 2011 she raced internationally at the inter-club Open European event in Spain where she was placed within the top 8 (out of 122) in surf ski, board and ironman, she also came 3rd overall in the taplin! This year she is aiming to be in the GB Team and to compete in the World Championships in Australia. Wow!!
